Jubilee Bank Holiday Drive – Thursday 2nd June

The bunting will be out on Bank Holiday Thursday as we commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Members will be encouraged to wear red, white and blue whether playing or spectating. And of course there will be tea and cake afterwards – well it would be rude not to!
The drive will start at 2.00 but do arrive early so together we can raise a glass of something sparkling.

Friday Night Triples

Friday Night Triples will begin on 17th June 2022.
Any BBQ volunteers for any of the evening please let the committee know

Eric Hunt Cup – Saturday 11th June

The first chance of the season to win a trophy. This is a mixed pairs competition, completed all in one day, with a group stage in the morning from which the four group winners progress to the semi-finals. The final is the conclusion of the day.
Watch out for the list will be posted in advance for you to put your name down if you wish to play. The first 32 names down (16 men and 16 ladies), are guaranteed to play, but from experience there are always drop-outs, so reserves are definitely required.

President’s Cup – Sunday 19th June

This is a mixed, internal, match between a team chosen by the President and one chosen by the Captains, for the President’s Cup. Sadly, the inaugural match last year was cancelled due to the weather, so fingers crossed for this year.
This is one of the centrepieces of the Malden Manor calendar and as such there will be a meal after the match, prepared by our outstanding catering team.
Members will need to put themselves down to play, so watch out for the list to go up.

Surrey U25 v Berkshire U25 – Sunday 26th June

Although featuring in the fixture list, this match has now been moved to another venue.

Surrey Unbadged Singles Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals -Wednesday 29th June and Wednesday 6th July

Malden Manor is pleased to be hosting these matches on two successive Wednesdays. These are the final hurdles before the national finals at Leamington, some competition will be keen and the matches should be of high quality, There will be plenty of spectators, so members should come along and soak up the atmosphere.
